Forest Bathing with Matralab & 32 Roots Connection @O'Dell Park Lodge

FLOURISH x Matralab x 32 Roots Connection present a forest bathing event in O’dell Park Facilitated by Charles Harding and Sabarah Pilon (DenMother/32 Roots Connection).

Meet us at O'Dell Park Lodge at 5:30pm on Sunday and join us on a forest tour, in which Sabarah (as DenMother) will lead a forest/sound bathing session at O’dell Park.

Matralab have devised a series of questions to lead participants to ponder on some of the themes explored in Matralab research (Thinking Beyond The Human, Resonances, Timescales, etc). An informal goal of this event is that participants will record their responses to these questions (or invitations as we’ll call them) on surfaces that have as little ecological impact as possible. Paper from leaf litter, scavenged bark from the ground, or even responses painted with water on stone.

Beyond the physical responses, the main goal of this collaboration is to extend pathways of thought.
